DESCRIPTION:In an effort to begin closing digital device gaps in Clayton County\, your Office of Digital Equity has partnered with non-profit organization Inspiredu\, to assist families in need with receiving a newly refurbished laptop\, equipped with Microsoft Office and 1 year of technical support.\n  \nYou MUST apply at https://tinyurl.com/ClayGov23 to qualify\, be a resident of Clayton County\, be 18 years old or older\, and attend a free 2 hour training to be awarded a laptop. Limited devices are available\, and you must attend the event in person to receive the device.\n  \nWe will be available after the workshop to assist participants with applying for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)\, a federally funded program that provides a $30 discount on home internet or mobile service for qualified households.\n\nPlease bring required documents: Valid Identification\, Proof of Income\, and Proof of Participation in a Government Assistance Program.
