DESCRIPTION:Visit our table at Vet Connect 2024\, hosted by the Clayton County Senior Services Department in partnership with the City of Riverdale\, to learn about our digital equity initiative and to see if you qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program\, a federal subsidy of $30 to lower the cost of your home internet service.  Also\, join us in Meeting Room A at 2:00pm or 3:00pm during the breakout sessions for an overview of LinkedIn\, a professional social networking platform. \nVeterans of all ages and branches of the military are invited to attend. There will be breakout sessions for you to get answers to your legal questions\, speak to elected officials about veteran issues\, and meet organizations dedicated to helping veterans. A free lunch will be served during keynote speaker Nikki Glanton’s presentation.
