Calling all STEM students! 📢📢📢 We are SOOOOOOOO excited to partner with local nonprofit organization, Seven & Grace, to bring a very unique experience to our youth. With the Atlanta Motor Speedway literally in our back yard, this STEM experience will expose and train 10 Clayton County youth to various aspects of the motorsports industry, including physics, AI, engineering and technolgy, immersing them in the world of NASCAR. Participants will be trained from official curriculum created by General Motors and NASCAR driver Rajah Caruth.
This program will begin the week of June 15th (official schedule to be announced). Training will be held twice a week for 6-8 weeks at our Technology Services & Training Center. It is COMPLETELY FREE for Clayton County students to participate (middle school, high school and college). All participants must have relaibe transportation to and from the training center. Proof of residency will be required. There are 50 metro Atlanta students participating, with 10 coming from Clayton County.
