Join us on October 12, 2024 as we close out Digital Inclusion Week by celebrating our two year anniversary of our office opening and closing the digital divide in Clayton County. We want to share all of our successes with you, update you on our digital equity initiative, and introduce you to our amazing staff, partners and stakeholders. There will be food, music, and a laptop giveaway. Yes! More laptops! *

Once you register on the Compudopt website, if you qualify for a free laptop, you will receive a code to claim your Eventbrite ticket to the laptop distribution.

This year, we won’t be the only ones giving. In addition to our amazing partners at Human-I-T and Compudopt providing free refurbished laptops for our giveaway, we need YOU…yes…YOU! We have also partnered with Inspiredu to set up an eDrive to collect old and unused computers and laptops from the Clayton County community, to refurbish and redistribute to families in need. Please bring all of your old devices that are collecting dust in the bottom of that drawer and let us give them a second chance to make a difference in someones life.

* Clayton County residents that register to attend will be entered into a drawing to receive a free laptop. You MUST be a Clayton County resident, present at the time of the drawing, 18+ years old, and have a valid Clayton County address, to participate.
