Your Office of Digital Equity will be available to provide you with information about our digital equity initiative and to assist you with applying for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a federally funded program that provides a $30/month discount on home internet or mobile phone service for qualified households. Please visit our table, we look forward to assisting you. Required documents for ACP application: valid identification, proof of income, and/or proof of participation in a government assistance program.
